Well don't get too excited, we still have a place to live. We tried to buy a house that would suit our needs better. This house was a short sale and needed the banks approval. Well we made an offer and the bank turned it down. We didn't get turned down for a loan, we got turned down for the offer we made. The bank wants 25,000 more than we offered. So now our problem is we need to find a new place which will suit our needs, a bedroom on the main floor for Maia and 2 acres or more for Matthew to play and it needs to be in the Kasson Mantorville school system.
